Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products we will be happy to exchange the item or issue a refund, providing the policy below is satisfied:
- Notification of exchanges must be made via Email, and returned within 7 days. No claims are acknowledged after this time
- Remember, we do not refund if you simply change your mind
- Items have not been damaged in any way
- It is returned in original undamaged packaging
- The item has not been changed or altered at all
- Item is returned with original receipt details
- Exchanges will be processed depending on stock availability
Delivery costs are not included in exchanges, these are the responsibility of the purchaser

Gift Certficates: Gift Certificates are the perfect solution when you just can’t find the right gift or you are short of time.
Gift Certificates make a perfect present for friends, family, and business associates.
At Motorfocus you have the option to buy Gift Certificates from the minimum amount of AUD 10.00 (and at AUD 10.00 denominations).
You can add that special message too, and you also have the option to send the Gift Certificate via Email, or if you choose to send it via Mail, we are more than happy to post it for you with no extra cost.
Please note, Gift Certificate will expire three months from the issue date.
Pre Orders:
Orders for multiples of the same
model are subject to availability at release date. It is our intention that as
many customers recieve opportunity to get one model at release.
No payment is required until model
has arrived instore ready for shipping.
Customers who cancel orders at
release regularly will have all orders cancelled.
