In 2019, the Ford Mustang GT made its return to racing in the Supercars Championship and its success was immediate.

After winning on debut at the Adelaide 500, the Mustang went on to race for four full time seasons by some of the biggest teams in the sport including Shell V-Power Racing Team and Tickford Racing who enjoyed the most success with the make.

The livery speaks for itself and as an added little nod to the storied history of the Mustang, we have decided to model the car using the originally approved for racing rear wing design featuring the larger end plates which was eventually updated later in 2019 and into 2020 due to category parity concerns. Ford fans, this model shouldn’t be missed.

This 1:43 scale model is scheduled to be produced in high quality sealed body die-cast with clear windows, detailed interior and will be presented in a display case with a printed base featuring the car details and an individually numbered backing board as the Certificate of Authenticity
