In 1982, Brock drove the #7 Chevrolet Monza to fifth place in the Australian GT Championship from only 4 race starts. The following year Brock’s Monza unfortunately crashed in the third round of the championship. After the incident the Monza did not race until November 1983 during the Australian Grand Prix.

The real life Monza reached tops speeds of 200mph, having a 350 Chev Lucas fuel injection with 608 horsepower and 510 Ft Lb of torque. In this set up this would cost you $100,000 in the 1980s.
